In a world full of small, travel-friendly planners, the Tools4Wisdom Planner stands out. It’s 8.5×11 inches, giving you more than plenty of room for you to write down everything as largely as you want. There are several perks to this planner, including cover options, paper quality, layout, and price.

The Tools4Wisdom Planner comes in several different styles as well. Everything from psychedelic colors to straightforward black and inspiring quotes to breathtaking images are available. No matter which cover design you love the most, the Tools4Wisdom planner will only cost you $39.97 (plus tax and shipping). It spans 13 months, from December to December, so you get a little bit of extra time that really helps you prepare for the new year.

It’s What’s on the Inside That Counts

This planner starts by jumping right into goal setting for the year. In this section, you have tons of pointed questions to help you truly envision your goals, know the reasons behind them, and map out the steps you need to take to make those goals an accomplishment.

After you’ve written down all of the goals you’d like to achieve, the Tools4Wisdom Planner provides three planning pages for your top three goals of the year. In these pages, you think about the objectives of the goals, set deadlines, and map out steps for completion. Each goal also has a full blank page where you can mind map the goal and the steps or just write down general notes about the goal.

Goals, Goals, and More Goals

At the start of each month, there’s a monthly planning page for your essential goals. You write down the desired outcome of the goal, the purpose of the goal, and the steps you’ll take that month to achieve it. There’s room for you to do this for six goals, which makes it easy for you to include every big and little goal. You can write down your monthly financial goals, health goals, work goals, and personal growth goals without having to sacrifice one.

After that page, there’s the monthly calendar. On top of providing a standard monthly calendar, there’s also space for you to write down more goals and ideas, random notes that you’ll need (like phone numbers and addresses), and motivational quotes and questions to keep you on track to reaching your goals.

The weekly layout is where some real magic happens in the Tools4Wisdom Planner. Each weekday has its own column with a daily goal, schedule, and prioritized task list. The schedule spans from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., so it encompasses the normal business and social hours — but if you typically have things before earlier in the morning or later in the evening, it can be limiting. The weekend days split a column with Saturday on the top half and Sunday on the bottom half; each only has a schedule from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. There’s no room for a to-do list and schedule on the weekends, but they do each have a box for your daily goal. At the bottom of the page, there’s a box for your notes and ideas and one for your weekly goals. It is beneficial to have those goals within in eyeshot every day so they stay at the forefront of all you do that week.

At the end of each month’s section, there’s another monthly priorities master list. Even though it’s at the end of the month, it’s actually intended to be used for the month to come. This is all about setting your monthly priorities for your personal growth and your career. If you have spring cleaning to tend to or a work project that needs your attention, this is where you would write it down.

A New Spin on Note-Taking

The Tools4Wisdom Planner ends with a brief notes section. Each notes page has two columns: one for notes and reflections and the other for actions you want to take. You can use these pages to gauge your progress towards your goals, reflect on your consistency in fulfilling your action steps, and write down any type of task or thing you want to do — whether that’s in relation to your goals or simply something you want to do in your life.

If you’re looking for a larger planner with a lot of focus on your goals, then the Tools4Wisdom Planner is an excellent option for you. It’s affordable, organized, and will help you make productive planning a daily habit.
