ClassTracker’s Ultimate Student Planners have always been one of our top choices for students here at Earn Spend Live. They have all of the right components: a bright, colorful cover, easy-to-use monthly and weekly pages designed with multiple classes and assignments in mind, and they’re small and sleek enough to tote around anywhere.

The key to succeeding in school is figuring out how to balance all of the newfound responsibilities in your life. You need a place to jot down all of your assignments, extracurricular activities, and due dates. The ClassTracker Ultimate Student Planner makes it super easy to keep track of all of these things in one place! Plus, they have two different versions: one for college students and one for high school students.

Let’s walk through all of the features, differences, and updates for the 2019-2020 editions!

ClassTracker Ultimate Student Planner College Edition

ClassTracker Ultimate Student Planner 2019-2020 Review

The ClassTracker Ultimate Student Planner College Edition has three pages at the beginning devoted to your semester schedules. Here, as soon as you figure out which classes you’re taking for the semester and when your extracurricular activities will be, you can time block them all out here. (And then send pictures of it to your parents, who will inevitably forget and ask for your schedule 20 times throughout each semester.)

Next, ClassTracker provides a goal-setting worksheet. You’re encouraged to separate your goals into “habit goals” and “achievement goals”. For habit goals, you’re also encouraged to track your habits, and for achievement goals, you’re instructed to write down “next steps”. This is a fabulous concept, but unfortunately there just isn’t enough room on this one page to write all of this down and really brainstorm. While they do provide several notes pages at the end that you could use for this, it would be nice to have some extra room to really dig deeper into solid methods for achieving your goals.

Next, you have your standard monthly page, with some extra space to note your goals for the month. And then there’s the main event: the weekly planner pages. Each day has a dedicated space to note your top three things to “Remember to” do, a space to jot down any “Quizzes/Exams/Papers/Projects”, a bigger space for “Assignments”, and an even bigger space to write down a “Daily Plan”. For Saturdays and Sundays, you get a few lines to write down whatever you want.

On the bottom-right corner you’ll find a to-do list with room for six tasks for the week, followed by a customizable countdown. Here, you can mark down how many weeks until a big assignment is due, or how many weeks until a big trip you’re going on, or even just how many weeks until school is over!

ClassTracker Ultimate Student Planner High School Edition

The High School Edition has the same semester time-blocking layouts, goal-setting worksheet, and monthly pages.

The biggest difference in the weekly pages for the High School Edition is that the “Daily Plan” is replaced with extra space for assignments and a little bit of room for “Activities”, which is where you can keep track of your after-school commitments. You still get the weekly to-do list and “Weeks Until” space.

Extra Features

ClassTracker also has a page marker ($2.99) and monthly tab stickers ($3.99) to organize your planner even more.

Why do we love the ClassTracker Ultimate Student Planner so much?

Whether you’re in high school or college, you have a lot on your plate. ClassTracker’s planners are small, sleek, and simple in the best way possible. Unlike other planners that have excessive space devoted to goal-setting, journaling, hourly scheduling, etc., ClassTracker keeps it to the bare minimum so you don’t get distracted from the things you need to get done. It’s also one of the most affordable planners on the market, which obviously makes it a solid option for any student!
